Buying a home is not an easy experience, but Kelley did her best to make it as smooth as possible. Her negotiation skill got me in my home for less than the appraised value, with closing less than 30 days from our offer, with other interested buyers making offers. Plus, her knowledge and responsiveness kept me from having to chow down on Tums the whole time. My new house is small, and rather cheap (for a house); but Kelley’s treatment made me feel like I was buying a million-dollar home. I would recommend her to anyone, whether buying or selling.
