The Gold Key Project, ReeceNichols
The Gold Key Project benefits Ronald McDonald House Charities (RMHC) here in our communities. Our partnership with ReeceNichols and RMHC-KC helps reduce the burden of childhood illness on families by providing housing and resources that allow families to stay close to their children while they receive medical care.
Each home purchased or sold with a Gold Key Agent allows a family with a hospitalized child to stay one night at a Ronald McDonald House. When you and your agent close on your next home, you also help a family in need.
Raymore-Peculiar Public School Foundation
In 2025, The Gresham Group honored a graduating senior from Raymore-Peculiar High School with a $1,000 College Scholarship. Requirements of the scholarship were a minimum of a 3.0 GPA and in good standing.
The Gresham Group is proud to support the next generation of leaders through initiatives like this, reinforcing our dedication to education and local impact.
Belton Parks and Recreation
Every summer, The Gresham Group proudly sponsors the Belton Parks and Recreation Summer Camp — a vibrant program that brings energy, fun, and lifelong memories to kids ages 5 to 13 and area Baseball and Softball teams. Supporting this local initiative is a way to give back to the families and neighborhoods that make Belton such a special place to live.

West iNd – Food Forest Connection
West iNd is a nonprofit dedicated to growing and giving fresh, healthy produce to those who need it most. This incredible community space in west Independence, Missouri not only supplies local food banks with fruits and vegetables that are often hard to come by, but also gives back to the volunteers who help make it all happen. It’s more than a garden, it’s a circle of care that’s making a real difference. Contributing to their mission means helping expand growing space, improve safety, and ensure sustainable access to water, so even more families can enjoy the nourishment they deserve.
Summit Future Foundation
The Gresham Group proudly sponsors the Summit Future Foundation, which aims to empower youth and young adults with developmental disabilities. They provide high-quality, person-centered support and services to both individuals and their families, helping them lead meaningful and inclusive lives.
