With more than 25 years of experience in real estate back-office operations, Elaine brings a deep understanding of the many moving parts that keep things running smoothly behind the scenes. She truly enjoys the variety this role offers and the opportunity to support both agents and their clients every day. Elaine lives in Lee’s Summit with her husband of 17 years, two teenagers, and their family dog. Outside of work, Elaine enjoys crafting, reading, playing the piano, and playing video games with my kids.
