Andrew Vidler has based his work ethic on three things: reliability, availability, and decency. He has strived to always do what he promises, be on time at the appointed place, and be in communication of any changes. He seeks to be available on any means of communication his clients prefer: phone, text, email, or in-person at the client’s convenience. Andrew also believes everyone deserves to be treated with respect and dignity. He endeavors to be kind and patient with everyone involved, not just clients but with coworkers and other professionals. Andrew has demonstrated a level of client care and service unsurpassed in the industry by sticking to these tenets. He also has vast knowledge of what to look for in a home that can be a problem in the future because of over a decade in building inspection. He has 5 years of experience in the KC Metro area learning eccentricities in local markets that will help you get the correct price for your home. He has experience in new home construction, short sales, investment properties, and trust sales, and always learning more as our market evolves around us. While Andrew moved here 15 years ago, he has immersed himself in the Midwest culture, being active in his community, being a homeowner, and even graduating from KU in 2014 with BS in accounting.
Andrew is also involved in things beyond real estate. He and his wife are board members of Heart of America Newfoundland Rescue which homes, transports, and fosters in need dogs in 8 states. He is also a volunteer at the Great Plains SPCA Animal Shelter in Merriam, KS.
He and his wife are also active members in the Leawood Chamber of Commerce, networking with other business owners to make advances in our communities.
